College Description

a.History of the Institute, its Logo. Thee are thirty two Center – twenty two on West Bengal, two in Jharkand four in Uttar Pradesh and one each in Madhya Pradesh,Chattishgarh, Sikki and Uttarakhand. Activities in the following fields were undertaken in the center, the number if center during 2009-10 being twenty eight :- 1) Welfare Homes, providing residential accommodation, general care, education deaf & dumb and blind girls, free of cost 2) Schools for general education form K.G. to higher Secondary Standard. 3) Vidyarthi Ashram for paying students. 4) Non-formal School for development of Street Children and children fr sex workers. 5) A Degree College for girls with a post-gradate course. 6) A.B.Ed. College for Impairment. 7) Two Institutes for Diploma Courses in Special Education Visual and Hearing Impairment. 8) A Study Center for B.Ed. Course through Distance Education for visually impaired. 9) An Institute of Advance Studies for higher education Center for ultimate objective to setup an University. 10) Residential Vocational Training-cum-Production Center for women-in-distress. 11) Medical services with Charitable Dispensaries, Hospital and Training Center for Nurses. 12) Free Medical for Nurses.
