College Description

Technical Education Department came into existence in 1981 with 21 ITI’s Presently, there are more than 50 ITI’s operating in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. Industrial Training Institute Pattan is one of the 50 Government ITI’s. This ITI was established in 1985 and was operating in a rental building. In 2005, the Institute was shifted to its own newly constructed building. Besides having more than 19Kanals ( 9934 sqm ) of land and approximately 560 sqm constructed area, its location is ideal. This Institute is located on the Srinagar – Baramulla National Highway ( NH1A ) just 1 km ahead of main Pattan town, in Baramulla district of North Kashmir. The Institute is approx 25Kms away from the summer capital and airport. It is just 2 – 3 Kms away from Pattan Railway Station. The landscape and scenic view from this Institute makes it unique.
