College Description

The Industrial training Institute Ukai was founded on 6/7/1983. Institute has its own 63040 Sq.Mt land. Institute has its own building which was constructed in the year 1999-2000. Its construction area is 1729.56 sq.mt with total expenditure of Rs.45 29157/ Institute is situated at Tapi District which is 110km far from Surat .The Building is situated near Ukai Dam. Institute has been founded so that tribal youth can get skill training as well as self employment. Only tribal youths are given admission in the Institute. Free training and monthly Rs.200 stipend is given to the students. After the completion of the training and passing the courses students are given NCVT and GCVT certificates. Every year term starts from the 1st August. Trainees are given admission as per the merit list.
