College Description

Gouri Devi Private Industrial Training Institute is located at Rajbandh under the jurisdiction of Kanksa Gram Panchayat, Sub-Division Durgapur. It has started its operation from September 12, 2011 with two trades – Fitter and Electrician. The famous industrial towns – Durgapur and Asansol – are located on the western side of Rajbandh. With the presence of Durgapur Steel Plant and Alloy Steel Plant, the two units of Steel Authority of India Ltd. as well as the many other steel manufacturing units like Balaji Steel etc., Durgapur is called as the ‘Rurh’ of the East.
