College Description

This institute was affiliated by Director General of Employment and training New Delhi, under the control of Director of employment and training Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad and the admissions and examinations procedure conducted by DET AP, Hyderabad. The Employment Department in Andhra Pradesh which was originally administered by the Government of India came under the purview of the State Government administration from 1st November, 1956 onwards. The Central Government, in the Ministry of Labour, D.G.E& T., New Delhi, however continues to lay down the broad policy and guidelines for the functioning of the Employment Exchange in the country. The Employment Exchanges are guided by the N.E.S Manual published by the D.G.E. & T. However over a period of time the State Government has been modifying the instructions relating to the services of Employment Exchanges. The State Government has issued G.O.Ms.No .No.193 Dated: 27th June, 1994 with guidelines to the Employment Exchanges in the state. At the state-level, the Department of Labour, Employment, Training and Factories, in the secretariat is the Administrative Department for the Employment Department.
